The Board

The Board and Executive

The Board is responsible for the group's system of corporate governance and accountable to shareholders for the group's activities, strategy and financial performance.

The Board comprises Executive and Non-Executive Directors.

Company Secretary
The Company Secretary is responsible to the board and is available to individual directors in respect of Board procedures.

The Company Secretary is Victoria Whyte who was appointed in January 2011. She is Secretary to all the Board Committees. Victoria is a solicitor and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
