Directors' contracts

Executive directors
The policy regarding the executive directors' contracts was the subject of extensive review and change during 2003. The group's new remuneration policy provides the framework for contracts for executive directors appointed in the future.

Non-executive directors
Non-executive directors do not have service contracts. They have a letter of appointment.

Inspection of contracts and letters of appointment
The executive directors' contracts of service and the non-executive directors' letters of appointment with the company or any of its subsidiaries are available for inspection at the company's registered office. Please contact the company secretary to arrange inspection at the following address:

during normal business hours 09.00 to 17.00 (UK) (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted) and at the place of the company's Annual General Meeting each year for an hour before the meeting commences until the end of the meeting.
