Frequency of meetings:	Three times a year or more frequently as necessary.

The Corporate Responsibility Committee provides a Board level forum for the regular review of external issues that have the potential for serious impact upon the group's business and reputation. The committee is also responsible for oversight of the group's worldwide donations and community support. The committee consists of Independent Non-Executive Directors and the Chairman.

The group issues an annual Corporate Responsibility Report and the Corporate Responsibility Committee's latest summary is included in the company's 2010 Annual Report.
