Frequency of meeting:	Three times a year or more frequently as necessary.

The Corporate Responsibility Committee (formerly the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee) consists entirely of Non-Executive Directors and provides a Board level forum for the regular review of external issues that have the potential for serious impact upon the group's business and the oversight of reputation management. The committee is also responsible for annual governance oversight of the group's worldwide donations and community support.

The group issues an annual Corporate Responsibility Report.
