Engineering is all about developing leading-edge, robust and cost-effective manufacturing technologies that make treatments and vaccines to save lives. Our talented teams include chemical, electrical, mechanical, biopharmaceutical, automation, steriles and device engineers. They ensure we have the latest technology and processes to deliver four billion packs of medicines and healthcare products, as well as 1.4 billion doses of vaccines a year.
Do I have the skills?
A relevant engineering degree and technical skills are just the start. You'll need to show leadership potential, resilience and genuine enthusiasm for the healthcare industry.
What will the programme be like?
Joining our global manufacturing and supply (GMS) division, you'll undertake business-critical roles within Pharmaceutical, Vaccines or Consumer Healthcare supply – depending on your engineering specialism.
Where can I go?
Our graduate programmes are available in an expanding number of countries. Initial roles are within your local country, although as a truly global organisation there may be opportunities to gain international experience either during the programme or in the future.
