We’re looking for graduates with a passion for people and their development, along with business understanding. Additionally, we value organisational skills, enthusiasm, taking responsibility and working to deadlines.
What will the programme be like?
The aim is to accelerate your early career development through diverse experiences and put you on the path for a future HR leadership role. Challenging job rotations will be complemented by formal learning and coaching.
Where can I go?
Our graduate programmes are available in an expanding number of countries. Initial roles are within your local country, although as a truly global organisation there may be opportunities to gain international experience in the future.
What will I learn?
You’ll gain a solid foundation to develop a successful future in HR. We’ll give you a breadth of experience in the three core areas of our HR model (HR services, business-aligned and centre of excellence) across different business areas such as Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Healthcare and supporting functions. One role will have a special focus on environment, health & safety.
