What's it all about?
Science is all about providing the bedrock of our success – and our scientists are among the world leaders in their fields. Graduate development programmes are available within global manufacturing and supply (GMS) or research and development (R&D). Whichever you join, you'll become part of a huge, global network that screens about 65 million compounds every year and supplies one quarter of the world's vaccines.
Do I have the skills?
You'll have a BSc, Masters or a PhD in a relevant science subject, plus the tenacity and resilience to drive projects forward. In and out of the lab, you'll have excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare.
What will the programme be like?
We have various programmes to suit different types of graduates ranging from chemists (e.g. analytical, medicinal, synthetic or computational) to biologists (e.g. pharmacologist, immunologist or microbiologist). Whatever your passion, our programmes are structured to give you exposure to our global, scientific business.
Where can I go?
Our graduate programmes are available in an expanding number of countries. Initial roles are within your local country although, as a truly global organisation there may be opportunities to gain international experience in the future.
What will I learn?
