The GSK Experience

The GSK Experience is the interactive, global induction programme we provide for all our new full-time employees. You'll find this highly acclaimed programme in several locations across the UK and US. In addition, we run modules around the world to support local induction and awareness seminars.

The programme is designed to help you become better informed about your working environment, and our mission to help people do more, feel better and live longer. It takes you on a journey from drug discovery all the way through to the marketplace. And each module uses different experiential learning techniques, ranging from board games to practical exercises.

The GSK Experience will also provide you with a great opportunity to meet other people from different parts of the business. There is a genuine sense of networking that takes place during the induction programme - which not only benefits the business, but should also help you in your career.
