Research & development

R&D offers exciting opportunities for individuals with most science-based degrees or equivalent experience. Information on the job requirements are detailed in the separate advertisements. All of the R&D positions are direct-entry jobs; this means that you will be given responsibilities within a project and will make a real contribution to the progression of our pipeline from the day you join GSK.

You will work with your manager to establish your personal development plan which will include mentoring and on-the-job training, formal courses, conferences and scientific meetings.
