The Programme

  • This two-year programme, offers you an experience in regulatory affairs, a role that links research with the more commercial aspects of pharmaceuticals.
  • Over these two years, associates will undertake three placements designed to give a broad understanding of the regulatory environment.
  • Through a variety of challenging and stretching roles you will be given access to a management sponsor, who will be responsible for reviewing your progress and potential throughout the programme.

Training and Development

  • The scheme will provide a good insight into the regulatory process from development to commercialisation of our medicines, to ensure that products on the market have the appropriate evidence base to demonstrate their value and safety to patients and prescribers.
  • Whilst on the programme you will be supported by a sponsor, programme manager and direct line manager. Continued networking opportunities are also supported through informal social activities.
  • At the end of the programme there will be a supported transition into a role within UK based Regulatory Affairs.
