Process
Given the highly competitive nature of these roles, we've tried to put together a robust and comprehensive recruitment process. At times, you'll feel challenged and under pressure, but it's all part of ensuring that we're finding the best possible talent to help determine the future direction of our business.

The first stage of the process is likely to involve phone screening and then a more structured interview that can be conducted face-to-face or over the phone. Interviewers at this stage will be focusing on flexibility, relationship building, team working and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Timings
Successful candidates will then be invited to attend an assessment centre at the end of December or in early January 2010, that will involve elements such as group exercises, role-plays, case studies, decision-making and presentations. This will give us all the insight we need into which candidates have the combination of intellectual and commercial insight to tackle the kind of challenges they're likely to face. Successful candidates will join the programme during the first six months of 2010.
