MBA opportunities

In 2006 we launched GSK International Esprit, a programme aimed at helping to recruit and develop emerging leaders for our International region. Candidates must have an MBA degree and will bring strong commercial acumen, developed within their local markets, along with excellent local language capabilities. We currently have associates in the programme across Mexico, Canada, China and Asia Pacific.

We do not currently run any formalised programmes for MBAs in the US or UK, but we would encourage MBA graduates to review our current vacancies to search for suitable roles.
