UK PhD Studentships

If you are considering starting a PhD in the UK, GSK could be your industrial sponsor. Our sponsorship will provide valuable additional resources for you and your work. GSK is a research-led company, so our PhD sponsorship works by first identifying the research project and academic partner. We then advertise our PhD studentships on this website in March/April each year.

We make extensive use of the Research Councils Co-operative Awards in Science and Engineering (CASE) scheme. This scheme has strict eligibility criteria which are published on the Research Councils’ website.
