UK-India Education Research Initiative (UKIERI)

GSK is one of the main business sponsors of a new British government initiative to improve educational links between India and the UK.

The UK-India Education Research Initiative (UKIERI) aims to support research projects that will bring benefit to both countries and provide opportunities for staff exchanges, secondments and joint PhDs.

As part of this initiative we are offering 20 placements a year in our laboratories for outstanding chemistry students from India. Further details of opportunities are available on the UKIERI website.
