Sir Crispin Davis - Independent Non-Executive Director 

Sir Crispin is a member of Citigroup’s Global Advisory Board and serves on the Council of Oxford University.

He was previously Chairman and a Director of StarBev Netherlands B.V., and former Chief Executive of Reed Elsevier plc. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive of Aegis Group plc, which he joined from Guinness plc, where he was a member of the main Board and Group Managing Director United Distillers. In his early career he worked for Procter and Gamble where he was President of the North American Food Division. He was knighted in 2004 for his services to the information industry.
