Sir Deryck Maughan - Independent Non-Executive Director

Sir Deryck is a Senior Adviser to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. He is a Non-Executive Director of Black Rock Inc. and Thomson Reuters, as well as serving on the Board of Directors of Lincoln Centre and is a trustee of New York University Langone Medical Center.

Sir Deryck was previously a Partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. He was also formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup International and of Salomon Brothers Inc. He served as Vice Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange from 1996 to 2000.
