
The most frequently reported types of injuries without lost
time in 2003 were overexertion, slips/trips/falls, striking/struck
and contact with sharps. This is similar to the pattern of
injuries seen in 2002. Non-allergic dermal illnesses were
the number one type of reportable illness without lost time,
accounting for 42% of the total. This is followed by musculoskeletal
illnesses, such as cumulative trauma at 25%, a pattern of
illness similar to 2002. |
