Our Environment health and safety policy is supported by detailed standards that apply to all our facilities and operations around the world. We have a Global health team that helps our sites implement these standards, identify gaps in compliance and introduce improvements.
Our Employee Health Management (EHM) teams work to support and promote employee health and well being. Programmes are run worldwide that help employees to lead healthier and more balanced lives. Examples include employee assistance programmes, childcare and eldercare advice and sourcing, fitness facilities, consultancy on health improvement and HIV treatment and education.
Guidance is offered on managing home and work commitments and on flexible working arrangements. Through education and advice, EHM encourage employees to improve their overall health, for example on issues such as smoking, diet and exercise.
