Patient group funding
Cancer Counselling Trust (CCT)
CCT is a national charity that provides emotional support to anyone affected by cancer and receives referrals from Macmillan, local GPs and oncology departments in hospitals as well as other support organisations.
We have supported this group since 2006.
During 2006:
- Our charitable donation of £9,950 will enable Cancer Counselling Trust to hold a pilot training programme which will enable more registered qualified counsellors become specialist cancer counsellors and assist in supporting the organisation.
Our funding represents 5% of their income overall.
