Patient group funding
Doctors Support Line (DSL)
DSL is an independent charitable support service run by doctors for doctors. They provide emotional support to general practioners and medical students suffering from burnout, overload or experiencing personal or professional problems.
We have supported this group since 2006.
During 2006:
- Our charitable donation of £4,000 will provide funding to run a “Doctors Well-being week” aimed to recruit new volunteers to the DSL.
Our funding represents 9% of their income overall.
