Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeship programme offers exciting opportunities to both school and college leavers. You’ll have the chance to study towards nationally recognised qualifications while gaining valuable work experience and also getting paid. Our apprentices all work towards a minimum Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship. In some instances, a level 4 Higher Apprenticeship – the equivalent to a foundation degree – may be offered.
The apprentice programme is currently the only scheme specifically tailored for school leavers. Other (non apprentice) entry-level roles are also posted on our job site here.
Manufacturing apprenticeship opportunities will be available shortly based at Barnard Castle (Durham), Ulverston (Cumbria) Irvine (Scotland) and Ware (Herts).
