About Joint Working

Joint Working is defined by the Department Of Health in the Best Practice Guidance on Joint Working, as "Situations where, for the benefit of patients, one or more pharmaceutical companies and the NHS pool skills, experience and/or resources for the joint development and implementation of patient-centered projects and share a commitment to successful delivery."

Why work with GSK on a Joint Working Project?

As a market leader in several therapeutic areas, GSK is a great deal more than a supplier of medicines. Indeed, we wish to take our relationship with the NHS to a new level to unlock our consultative and problem solving expertise and help deliver better care in areas of mutual interest.

Joint Working is the pooling of resources; skills and experience to deliver more benefit to patients, and can provide a 'win-win-win' for all parties involved: patients, the NHS and GSK.
