Our company is managed by the Board of Directors and the Corporate Executive Team.
Board of Directors
The Board is made up of executive and non-executive directors who are responsible for the long-term success of the company and is ultimately accountable for our activities, strategy, risk management and financial performance.
Corporate Executive Team
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the management of the business and is assisted by the Corporate Executive Team (CET) that manages our activities. Each member is responsible for a specific part of the business.
