Graduate programme
Application dates vary across our different markets. Register your interest is available for select job opportunities. When available, we encourage you to do so, as it ensures you will be notified on the day the graduate programme positions open.

Rotations are assigned to give you a broad experience across your chosen career path. They cover a range of roles within your business unit or area. See Graduate programme for details on specific career paths.
You’ll be assigned to a location in the country you have applied for. The specific location you will be based in throughout the programme will depend on the career path you have chosen. It is important to note that certain programmes may require you to temporarily relocate for one or multiple rotations. However, for other programmes, local or international relocation may not be possible.

We offer you a rich variety of training, development, mentoring and opportunities to help boost your career. Training is based on the 70/20/10 approach: 70% on-the-job training, 20% learning through mentoring, coaching and feedback, and 10% via formal training courses.
The role you take on will be a joint decision between your programme manager and line manager. They will take into consideration the opportunities available, business needs, your performance, your development needs and your career goals.

The majority of our graduates join us between June and September. However, start dates vary in different countries and will be clearly stated on the job description.
Yes, you can apply for the graduate programme again the following year. In the meantime, you can also apply for other roles at GSK that are not part of the graduate programme.

The minimum requirements expected for each role are clearly stated in each job description and can vary depending on the country and the career path that you are applying for.

We have four different stages in our application process, but this varies depending on the country and which career path you are applying to. Where we use all stages, the process is as follows: first, we ask you to fill in an application form. In most countries, we will then ask you to complete our GSK Digital Assessment to give us insights on your skills and suitability for the programme.
For some roles/positions, you may also be asked to complete a video interview and/or a technical assessment. The final stage is an invitation to an assessment centre that will take place either virtually or face to face in one of our GSK offices.
