We are looking for highly motivated science and engineering graduates who are keen to develop into the future operational, quality, technical and supply chain leaders within our pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.

  • Through 3 rotations, develop your expertise across manufacturing, quality and / or supply chain to deliver life-saving vaccines and medicines.
  • Increase manufacturing efficiencies directly and / or through your role as the manager of a team.

Are you an ambitious, driven, and adaptable science graduate inspired to further the impact of medicines and vaccines on the world?

Our 3 year rotational programme that will enable you to gain brand new insights and further your interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing

 


You will have the opportunity to:

  • Benefit from a generous personal training budget to support your development
  • Spend time in a quality laboratory at one of our manufacturing sites
  • Learn about raw material, finished product, sterility, and environmental testing
  • Learn about quality control at our sites
  • Learning how the different elements of the process interact to ensure the quality of our products is always preserved
  • Work with our external support team, or with local operating companies to launch new products or testing methods

Are you a motivated organised and proactive graduate with good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a can-do attitude? If so, you could be the perfect addition to our Supply Chain & Logistics team.

Our Supply Chain graduate programme will challenge and support you in growing professionally and personally.

  • Through 3 rotations, develop your expertise across manufacturing, quality and / or supply chain to deliver life-saving vaccines and medicines
  • You will learn how to deliver optimum value to the business and outstanding products to our patients
  • You will have stretching rotations in business-critical roles that offer amazing insights into our end-to-end supply chain & logistics

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop your experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management, while broadening your global business perspective
  • Understand how our factories work to deliver quality products to our patients
  • Help set up GSKs supply chain for new product introduction
  • Work with suppliers to ensure our products get to the patient at the end of the supply chain

Your rotations may include:

  • Logistics, planning and scheduling roles to help us make and deliver the right products at the right time
  • Bringing new products to the market through manufacturing to distribution and to the patient
  • Managing multi-disciplined teams
  • Global logistics management, cross border compliance and supply chain security
  • Drive supply chain performance using digital data & analytics
  • Continuous improvement projects within inventory, distribution and warehousing, supply, and demand planning
