Lynn Baxter

Lynn joined the Executive Committee in 2026. As President, Europe, she is responsible for the commercial performance and strategic direction of GSK’s European markets, overseeing a diverse range of medicines and vaccines across more than 30 countries.

Lynn joined GSK in 2009 where she held senior commercial operational and strategic leadership roles across Europe, Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets, before becoming SVP Head of Global Product Strategy Vaccines and then appointed SVP Head of North America at ViiV Healthcare.

Before joining GSK, Lynn held commercial roles of increasing seniority at Roche and Merck & Co., Lynn is a member of the ViiV Healthcare Board. Lynn holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Strathclyde.
