Lynn Baxter

Lynn joined the Executive Committee in 2026. As President, Europe, she is responsible for the commercial performance and strategic direction of GSK’s European markets, overseeing a diverse range of medicines and vaccines across more than 30 countries.

Lynn joined GSK in 2009 where she held senior commercial leadership roles in Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets, and in Global Vaccines, before becoming Senior Vice President and Head of North America at ViiV Healthcare. 

Before joining GSK, Lynn held senior commercial roles at Roche and Merck & Co., Inc.

Lynn is a member of the ViiV Healthcare Board.

Lynn holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Strathclyde.
