Deborah Waterhouse

Deborah was appointed to the Executive Committee in January 2020. She has been Chief Executive Officer of ViiV Healthcare since April 2017 and is also responsible for GSK’s Global Health organisation.

Deborah joined GSK in 1996 and during her time with the company, has held a broad range of senior leadership roles across both specialty and primary care in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Deborah holds a degree in Economic History and English Literature from the University of Liverpool.
